1. Usage:
– Prepare noodles:
+ Method 1: Put noodles in boiling water, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the noodles are soft.
+ Method 2: Soak in water for 10 minutes, then boil until noodles are soft and chewy.
– Remove to dry.
– Use noodles to stir-fry or use broth as you like.
2. Storage:
– Store in a cool, dry place
– Close tightly after opening
3. Expiry: 12 months from manufacture
